What is covered

The guarantee applies to all VirilWood orders placed through this official website and its authorized checkout. It covers the product price even on opened or partly used bottles. You do not need to pass a quiz, prove anything, or feel awkward about asking. If it did not work for your body, that is exactly the situation this policy exists for.

The time window

You have 180 days from the date your order ships to request a refund. We chose a window that long on purpose, because botanicals need a fair runway to show what they do. Six months is more than enough time to judge honestly.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@viril-wood.com or use the form on the contact page, and include your order number.
2. Our team will reply with a return authorization and the address to send any remaining bottles, opened or not.
3. Once the return is on its way, we process your product refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return, depending on your bank or card provider.

A few practical notes

• The guarantee covers the product price. Any original shipping fee on a single-bottle order is non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• The guarantee applies to purchases made through this official store only. We cannot refund bottles bought from third-party marketplace sellers, which is one more reason to buy direct.
• One guarantee claim applies per customer or household to keep the policy fair for everyone.
• Payment processing and fulfillment are handled by our authorized checkout partner, and refunds are coordinated through that same secure channel.
